Please note, Resolver is a user-controlled complaint-resolution service. It is an online tool that enables consumers to manage and store all their customer service issues in one place. We do not handle individual cases or act in any way as a third party.
For the purposes of your correspondence with them, it is effectively no different from a conventional email conversation so please respond directly to the user's resolver email address - @email.resolver.co.uk.
The only difference is that they are easily able to record and store all their contact with you, while our system reminds both them and you when there is correspondence to be read.
