Resolver is a user-led complaint-resolution platform. It is an online tool that enables consumers to manage and store their customer service issues in one place. We do not handle individual cases or act in any way as a third party.
For the purposes of your correspondence with our users, Resolver is effectively no different from a conventional email conversation. The only difference is that our users have a case file to store their contact with you, along with email templates and complaint specific tools. Please respond directly to our users' resolver email addresses as you would to any other email.
