We understand that the process and regulations surrounding PPI claims are very complicated. You will need to look into your own financial history in order to establish whether you have a PPI claim.
The first thing that you need to do is to contact any banks or organisations from whom you have taken out a loan or had an account. You should ask them about the details of these accounts and whether they included PPI.
If you have no documentation or account numbers, give your bank or credit provider your postcodes or information they could easily search on. But I'm afraid that the older the loan/account is, the more difficult it will be to claim.
If you find that you do have a claim to make against a specific organisation, Resolver is a complaints tool that tries to make it easier for you to claim. So if you go to our home page http://www.resolver.co.uk/ and type the name of the company in the orange box and then follow the steps having clicked the orange "make a complaint" button you should be able to raise your issue with the right person and hopefully get a response.
