In short, no! Resolver is a free online complaints tool. We don't handle your complaint for you, but we do try to make the complaints process easier for you to navigate.
Our system makes recommendations on next steps and when to take them, helps you keep track of your case and enables you to store all relevant information securely in one place. We also send reminders to both the company and you when there is correspondence to be read.
