It would be helpful to include:

- If you are using a laptop or desktop, are you using a Mac or a PC?
- Whether you are using a web mobile site or the app.
- If your enquiry relates to uploading files, what size are the files?
- If you see an error message, what does it say? Please send us a screenshot if possible.
