Has your case file closed without you clicking the 'Close case' button? If so, it was most likely closed by our system because of inactivity.
But don't worry!
Your case isn't closed forever.
If you can't see an option to re-open your case, get in touch with us at Resolver Support.
If your case file is completely empty, it might be because you didn't finish your case.
Don't panic – Resolver will have stored everything you've put in so far. We'll send you an email in a day or so to give you a chance to finish your case.
Please be aware that if you don't finish your case within a week, you'll have to resubmit it.
