Resolver is a free online complaints tool and aims to help consumers to raise their issues directly to organisations. We don't handle cases on behalf of our users, or conduct investigations into their issues, so you won't hear from us directly regarding your complaint.
All case file communications are directly between you, the company that you are complaining to. (With some complaints, you will also have the option to escalate to an industry authority, Ombudsman, or ADR Scheme.)
Your communications will be supported by automated notifications and reminders, which will be sent to your personal email. These will let you know if there is any action in a specific case, e.g. if you receive a response from a company, or if it's time to escalate!
