There are two ways to upload supporting evidence to your case file:
- If you'd like to upload a document to your case file, open your case file and click 'Add Document'. The button is at the top of the dashboard. From there, you can select and attach documents stored on your computer.
- If you want to upload an email, you'll need to save the email to your computer and convert it to a PDF file first. To convert an email to PDF, open the email, click 'File' at the top of your computer screen and then click 'Print'. This will give you the option to save it as a PDF, ready to upload to your Resolver case file.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UPLOADING A FILE TO RESOLVER DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY SEND IT TO A COMPANY.
