There are two ways to upload supporting evidence to your case file:
1. If you would like to upload a document e.g. a Microsoft Word document to your case file, then you can do this by opening your case file and clicking the 'Add Document' button at the top of your dashboard. From there you will be able to select and attach documents stored on your computer.
2. If you wish to upload an email, then you will need to save the email to your computer and convert it to a PDF file before following the steps above. You can convert files to PDFs by opening the desired email, clicking 'File' at the top of your computer screen and then selecting 'Print' - this will give you the option to save it as a PDF, ready to be uploaded to your Resolver case file.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UPLOADING FILES TO YOUR RESOLVER CASE FILE DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE COMPANY.
